- And of course, reliable and professional advice and service.

Sharelive was founded in 2009 following a meeting between two entrepreneurs, one with a degree and specialization in business organization management, and with good knowledge of the American and European markets, and the other a data communications engineer, computer expert, and one of the veteran experts in the streaming market in Israel, with many years of experience in the field of digital video and Broadcast equipment.

At that time, LiveU launched its digital broadcasting systems with great success to the professional television network market, so the technological meeting was not long in coming.

Sharlive has created a unique winning combination of LiveU's professional technology together with Microsoft's innovative 'SmoothStream' internet video distribution technology, thereby tailoring a professional system specifically for the commercial (conferences), private (weddings), and public (news) events market.

SharLive was founded with the encouragement and support of Yizhar Shai, a partner at the venture capital fund Cainan Partners and director of its operations in Israel, and of LiveU.

Sharlive also serves as a Value-added Reseller (VAR) for LiveU.
